* Cancellation policy All alterations and cancellations will be effective from the moment in which written notification is sent via email to our Reservations department (info@hotelparaisoncarlisa.com). The request must include details such as the name of the client, the number of guests (adults and children), the arrival and departure dates and the type of room booked. Only one date change shall be allowed per reservation, it shall depend on availability and shall lead to the loss of any right to a refund for cancellation. Guests shall have access to their rooms from 2 pm on their arrival date and shall be asked to vacate their rooms by 12.00 am on their departure date. After 1 pm, HOTEL PARAISO CARLISA will charge $10 per hour and, should the guest not have vacated his room by 6 pm, the full one night tariff will be charged. Special requests in regards to the location of the rooms or types of bed cannot be guaranteed until the arrival of the guests at the hotel. The following timeframes determine the amount that shall be refunded should the guest request a refund for cancelation. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@hotelparaisocarlisa.com The amount refunded shall depend on the date of reception of the refund for cancellation request, in accordance with the following timeframes: * High Season (from the 1st of December 2014, to the 30th of April 2015). This cancellation policy excludes certain dates (refer to the Special Dates section). DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL PENALTY 45 days or more prior to the arrival date. No penalty. Complete refund. Between 45 and 15 days prior to the arrival date. 50% of the total room tariff shall be refunded. Less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refund. * Low Season (from the 1st of May 2015 to the 1st of December 2015). This cancellation policy excludes certain dates (refer to the Special Dates section). DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL PENALTY 45 days or more prior to the arrival date. No penalty. Complete refund. Between 45 and 15 days prior to the arrival date. 50% of the total room tariff will be refunded. Less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refund. * Cancellation policy for SPECIAL DATES. For the dates: From the 29th of March to the 6th of April (Holy Week), From the 22nd of December 2015 to the 2nd of January 2016 (Christmas and New Year), From the 23rd to the 30 of November (Thanksgiving Day), And from the 10 to the 18th of February (St Valentine’s Day), the following policies apply : DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL PENALTY 60 No penalty. 59 to 45 50% of the total room tariff shall be refunded. 45 to 01 No refund. HOTEL PARAISO CARLISA will not offer refunds under the following circumstances: late stage cancellations, no-shows and departures prior to the planned departure date. FORCE MAJEURE HOTEL PARAISO CARLISA shall not be held responsible in the case of natural disasters, fires, blockades, government orders or any other circumstance that is out of our control.
